MyDogNI provides tools for managing and monitoring live video streaming, StreamBox devices, and supported streaming platforms such as YouTube and Twitch.
Information We Collect
We may collect account information such as your name, email address, subscription status, device information, streaming configuration, and service activity necessary to operate MyDogNI.
Google and YouTube Data
If you choose to connect your Google or YouTube account, MyDogNI may request access to information necessary to provide YouTube-related streaming features. This may include information about your YouTube channel, active live broadcasts, live chat, and related account information permitted by the permissions you approve.
MyDogNI uses Google and YouTube data only to provide user-facing MyDogNI features that you request, such as displaying stream information and live chat inside your MyDogNI account.
MyDogNI does not sell Google user data. Google user data is not used for advertising or unrelated purposes.
OAuth Credentials and Tokens
When you connect a supported service, authorization tokens may be stored securely so MyDogNI can maintain the connection without requiring you to sign in repeatedly. MyDogNI does not receive or store your Google, YouTube, or Twitch password.
Twitch Data
If you connect Twitch, MyDogNI may access information permitted by the permissions you approve, including channel information, stream status, viewer information made available by Twitch, and live chat messages required to provide MyDogNI streaming features.
StreamBox and Device Information
MyDogNI may process StreamBox status information including connectivity, streaming state, video input status, temperature, encoder status, network health, diagnostics, and related operational information.
Payments
Subscription payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. MyDogNI does not store your complete payment card number.
How We Use Information
Information is used to operate MyDogNI, authenticate users, provide streaming and device controls, display live streaming information and chat, manage subscriptions, troubleshoot services, maintain security, and improve reliability.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only when necessary to operate MyDogNI, process payments, provide hosting, deliver email, or connect services that you have authorized.
Disconnecting Connected Accounts
You may disconnect supported streaming accounts from MyDogNI. You may also revoke Google account access through your Google Account security settings and revoke Twitch authorization through your Twitch account settings.
Data Retention
We retain information only as reasonably necessary to operate the service, satisfy legal and security requirements, maintain account history, and provide features requested by users.
Security
MyDogNI uses reasonable technical and administrative safeguards designed to protect account information, authorization credentials, and service data.
Third-Party Services
Use of YouTube features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Use of Twitch features is also subject to Twitch’s applicable terms and privacy policies.
Your Choices
You may stop using MyDogNI, disconnect connected streaming services, revoke third-party permissions, or request assistance concerning your account or stored information.
