MyDogNI Affiliate Program Terms
Version 1.0 – Effective September 16, 2026
1. Approval and participation
Participation requires approval by MyDogNI. MyDogNI may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate an affiliate account when necessary to protect customers, the service, or the program.
2. Referral tracking
Referral links use first-click attribution and a 30-day tracking period. A referral qualifies only when tracking is present and Stripe confirms an eligible payment.
3. Commissions
Approved affiliates earn 15% of qualifying subscription payments during the referred customer’s first 12 months. Commission calculations exclude taxes, refunds, chargebacks, disputed payments, fraudulent transactions, and amounts not collected by MyDogNI.
4. Pending period and reversals
Commissions remain pending for 30 days. Refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or policy violations may cause a commission to be reversed.
5. Payouts
Eligible balances are paid monthly after reaching a $50 minimum. Unpaid eligible balances carry forward. Affiliates must complete Stripe Connect onboarding before receiving payouts.
6. Promotion rules
Affiliates must use truthful descriptions, disclose the affiliate relationship, and follow applicable advertising and privacy laws. Spam, cookie stuffing, self-referrals, misleading claims, trademark bidding, impersonation, and unlawful promotion are prohibited.
7. Brand use
MyDogNI names, logos, and approved materials may be used only to promote MyDogNI through this program. Affiliates may not imply employment, ownership, or an exclusive partnership.
8. Taxes and account information
Affiliates are independent contractors and are responsible for their own taxes. Banking, identity, and tax information is collected and maintained through Stripe Connect.
9. Changes and termination
MyDogNI may update these terms or the program. Material changes will apply prospectively when practical. Termination does not create eligibility for invalid, reversed, or fraudulent commissions.
10. No guarantee
Participation does not guarantee referrals, commissions, or income. Questions may be sent through MyDogNI support.
