MyDogNI Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MyDogNI, including the website, StreamBox services, mobile/web app, streaming controls, and supported third-party integrations.
Use of MyDogNI
You may use MyDogNI only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the content you stream and for having the rights and permissions needed to transmit that content.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for your account, password, two-factor authentication, and connected services. Notify MyDogNI if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Subscriptions and Free Trials
Paid plans, trial length, and recurring pricing are shown at checkout. If a free trial is offered, your selected subscription may automatically begin and charge the payment method on file when the trial ends unless you cancel before that date.
Billing and Cancellation
Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. You may cancel an eligible recurring subscription using the available billing-management tools. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund charges already processed.
Streaming and StreamBox
Streaming performance depends on internet service, local networks, connected equipment, and third-party platforms. MyDogNI cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free streaming.
YouTube, Twitch, and Third-Party Services
Connected services such as YouTube and Twitch remain subject to their own terms, policies, availability, and account requirements. MyDogNI is not responsible for third-party outages, account actions, API changes, or service limitations.
Acceptable Use
You may not use MyDogNI to violate law, infringe rights, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, abuse platform APIs, or transmit content you are not authorized to stream.
Privacy
Your use of MyDogNI is also subject to the Privacy Policy at https://mydogni.com/privacy-policy/.
Suspension and Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary for security, nonpayment, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
Disclaimer and Limitation
MyDogNI is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MyDogNI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Changes
These Terms may be updated as MyDogNI changes. The current version will be posted on this page with the latest revision date.
